Hello, I’m Hanwook Ryu, CEO of Hanuk Holgrain.

I’m a farmer and baker who has been researching and growing domestic rye for 30 years, and I’m committed to providing healthy, sustainable food.

We grow domestic rye in the pristine nature of the volcanic face of Yeongcheon, Gyeongbuk, and use it to make healthy foods for healing and well-being.

Hanuk Whole Grains, a philosophy of health

Hanook Whole Grain is directly responsible for the entire process from cultivation to processing, milling, and bakery products after receiving domestic rye varieties from the Rural Development Administration. We provide healthy and safe food through eco-friendly farming methods and non-disinfected seeds, and we aim to add health and happiness to our customers’ lives with sincerity that starts from a small seed. We will continue to move forward with sustainable agriculture.
