Where are they produced?
Yeongcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do, home of samsan water, has low rainfall, abundant sunshine, and fertile soil, making it an ideal environment for growing excellent crops.Rye is a crop that is highly cold tolerant, thrives in barren soils, can germinate at low temperatures (1-2°C), and can survive in cold environments down to -25°C.
Grow Schedule
- Sow in mid-to-late October → harvest in late June/early July the following year
- Utilizing winter fallow land for sustainable agriculture.

Machining Methods by Product
- Rye spelt flour: Roasted at 250°C for 30 minutes, then milled
- Whole Rye Tea: Far-infrared roasting at 250°C for 1 hour
